phdream11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
You may close your phdream11 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phdream11 Platform shall first be submitted to phdream11's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
